Talent Experience Officer

Seven-Up Bottling Company is currently seeking a Talent Experience Officer to provide strategic and hands-on support for the P&C function in the respective region. The role encompasses recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, compensation and benefits, and training.


Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment/Performance Management:


Coordinate with the talent resourcing team to organize and manage regional recruiting processes (create ads, handle online postings, schedule interviews)
Plan and execute the onboarding process for new hires (conduct orientation, explain benefits, and ensure a welcoming experience)
Support annual budget planning and maintain departmental budget
Facilitate scheduled performance review processes, offering guidance and training for managers and employees
Provide HR reports to central administration and scientific leadership as needed


Human Capital:


Ensure maintenance of all employee data, records, and files in compliance with statutory and organizational requirements
Keep files and systems up-to-date and accurate at all times
Monitor absences appropriately, including the use of electronic time-keeping systems, liaising with managers as required
Provide compensation-related data to support payroll preparation and processing as needed. Ensure timely resolution of compensation-related queries


Employee Relations:


Act as a key communicator and enforcer of HR policies and procedures, including leave of absence and time and attendance management
Ensure effective implementation of policies and procedures
Provide employee relations advice and guidance to current and former employees, including advising leadership on organizational matters


Requirements:


Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc.) or HND in Social Sciences, Humanities, or a related field
Proven work experience in an FMCG Industry is preferred
Minimum of 2-4 years of work experience
