Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and technically inclined Technical Product Executive who can support the management, development, positioning and growth of technology products and solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the planning, development and improvement of technology products.
Work closely with technical and business teams to understand product requirements.
Gather and document product requirements, specifications and user needs.
Conduct product research and monitor market trends and competitor offerings.
Assist with product testing, implementation and troubleshooting.
Coordinate with developers and other stakeholders to ensure product requirements are delivered.
Support product demonstrations, presentations and user training where required.
Monitor product performance and gather user feedback for continuous improvement.
Prepare product documentation, reports and presentations.
Provide technical and product support to clients and internal teams.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in product management, technical support, business analysis, technology solutions or a related role.
Good understanding of technology products and software solutions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to understand and translate technical concepts into business/user requirements.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and familiarity with product/project management tools.
Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
SalaryN150,000 – N200,000 monthly.
