Job Title: Technical Sales Manager – PMD (Oil & Gas)
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Manager with strong exposure to the Oil & Gas industry to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and manage key OEM and client relationships.
This role requires deep technical expertise, commercial acumen, and a proven ability to close high-value deals within upstream and downstream environments.
Key ResponsibilitiesDrive sales growth for assigned products and solutions.
Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities.
Manage opportunity #pipeline and CRM reporting.
Build and sustain executive-level customer relationships.
Lead OEM coordination for projects within Nigeria.
Deliver revenue and EBITDA targets.
Support pricing strategy and receivables management.
Conduct market research to unlock new growth opportunities.
RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or related field.
Minimum 8 years’ sales experience, including at least 5 years in Oil & Gas.
Strong track record in technical solution sales.
Demonstrated ability to manage key accounts and close contracts.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
