We are seeking a results-driven Territory Development Executive to drive sales growth, expand market coverage, and strengthen distributor and retailer relationships within the assigned territory.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategies to increase sales and market penetration.
Identify and onboard new distributors, wholesalers, and retail outlets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and product performance.
Ensure product availability and visibility across the territory.
Achieve sales targets and prepare regular sales reports.
RequirementsBachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in FMCG sales, territory management, or business development.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
Good knowledge of the Makurdi market and surrounding areas.
SalaryN190,000 Net / Month.
