Job Title: Territory Development Officer
Location: Ajeromi, Lagos

Job Summary
We are seeking a Territory Development Officer to drive customer acquisition and financing sales within Ajeromi.
The role involves field prospecting, lead generation, customer onboarding, territory mapping, relationship management, and competitor monitoring.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate prospective customers within Ajeromi and surrounding areas.
Visit and map 3-wheeler/tricycle parks, identifying park/branch chairmen and potential customers.
Build and maintain a pipeline of at least 100 leads, including 30 high-potential leads.
Identify prospects with stable income, repayment capacity, and credible guarantors.
Collect and verify required customer/guarantor information and KYC documents.
Convert qualified leads into customers and support them through the onboarding and financing process.
Achieve monthly customer acquisition and financing/sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and agents to encourage repeat transactions.
Monitor competitors' pricing, deposits, repayment plans, loan terms, promotions, and market activities.
RequirementsOND / NCE / HND / Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is an advantage.
2 – 5 years' experience in Field Sales, Business Development, Microfinance, Asset Finance, Fintech, or a related sector.
Proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, customer acquisition, and sales pipeline management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Target-driven and comfortable working in a field-based environment.
Basic knowledge of CRM/mobile applications and digital reporting tools.
Ability to identify and develop business opportunities within a defined territory.
Must reside within or close to Ajeromi / Festac / Apapa / Orile-Iganmu or other nearby areas, with easy access to the assigned territory.
SalaryN200,000 - N350,000 / month.
