 Job Title: Territory Development Officer 

Location: Ifako-Ijaiye, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary

We are seeking a target-driven Territory Development Officer to drive customer acquisition, lead generation, territory growth, and asset finance opportunities within the assigned territory.


Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research and identify potential customers and business opportunities. Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads. Identify and engage tricycle operators, traders, small businesses, and other potential customers. Drive customer acquisition and achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets. Manage customer relationships and support the onboarding and financing process. Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market trends. Conduct regular field visits and ensure effective territory coverage. Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with KYC requirements. Submit timely sales, activity, and market intelligence reports.


Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business,  Finance, or a related field is an advantage. 2–5 years' experience in field sales, business development, microfinance, asset finance, or related sectors. Proven experience in lead generation, customer acquisition, and sales pipeline management. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Target-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a field-based environment. Basic proficiency with CRM systems and digital tools.
