Job Summary
As the Ticketing and reservation Officer, you will be responsible for managing flight reservations, ticket issuance, rebooking, cancellations, and other travel-related requests while providing excellent customer service.
ResponsibilitiesManage flight reservations, ticket issuance, rebooking, cancellations, refunds, and other ticketing requests accurately and efficiently.
Provide customers with information on flight schedules, fares, travel options, baggage requirements, and applicable airline policies.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve ticketing-related issues promptly while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Maintain accurate booking and transaction records while coordinating with airlines and other travel partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
RequirementsBachelor's Degree or HND in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of relevant experience in ticketing, reservations, or travel operations within the Travel & Tourism industry.
Proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus or similar ticketing / reservation software is an added advantage.
Strong understanding of airline reservations, ticketing procedures, fare rules, rebooking, cancellations, and customer service.
SalaryN200,000 – N250,000 Monthly.
