Job Summary

We’re hiring a Ticketing and Sales Officer for a growing travel agency based on Lagos Island.
This role involves booking flights, promoting travel deals, and providing excellent customer support.
If you’re confident, organized, and enjoy helping people with their travel plans, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Book local and international flights for customers
Respond to inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
Promote travel packages and convert leads into bookings
Follow up with clients and build strong relationships
Support the agency’s sales and marketing efforts.

Requirements

OND or higher in any discipline
Strong communication and customer service skills
Confidence in handling sales conversations
Organized, reliable, and comfortable using digital tools
Experience in sales, ticketing, or customer support is a plus.

Salary

N100,000 Monthly.
