We are seeking a results-driven Van Sales Representative to manage assigned routes, drive product sales, build customer relationships, and achieve monthly sales targets.

Manage assigned sales routes and ensure consistent product distribution. Drive sales and achieve/exceed monthly targets. Develop new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Execute route-to-market activities effectively. Monitor market activities, customer needs, and competitor presence. Ensure proper handling and accountability of assigned stock and sales proceeds.

Proven experience in van sales, FMCG sales, or a similar role. Good knowledge of route-to-market operations. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to manage assigned routes and identify new sales opportunities. Must be available for immediate deployment.

Salary: N181,000 Net Monthly + Sales Commission based on monthly target achievement Application Closing Date
