Verification Officer

Position Overview


A verification officer is entrusted with the task of authenticating information provided by applicants. They handle incoming calls from references, educational institutions, and employers to verify employment applications. The role involves ensuring the accuracy and genuineness of information, often within the context of employment, education, and other relevant areas.


Key Duties


The verification officers will be tasked with authenticating information provided by applicants regarding address, education, and employment within their designated region. They will conduct on-site visits to the provided addresses and ask pertinent questions to validate the information supplied by the applicants. Following a successful verification, the officer must promptly upload the results and drop a location pin. Additionally, the officer will undergo training on how to utilize the software, upload data, and perform other related tasks.


Qualifications


A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 2 - 5 years of experience in verification, field investigation, or a similar role. Familiarity with the 'Qoreid' verification software. Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to validate information accurately. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for conducting verification interviews. Willingness to travel within the assigned region to verify addresses, education, and employment details. Proficiency in using mobile applications or software for data entry and uploads. Capability to drop precise location pins after each verification. Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure timely completion of verifications.
