We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Waiter / Waitress

Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions about dishes, ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods.
Take accurate food and beverage orders (including modifications) and enter them correctly into the POS system.
Communicate special requests, dietary needs, and any issues clearly to the kitchen and bar staff.
Serve food and drinks promptly, professionally, and in line with the restaurant’s service standards.
Check on guests regularly during their meal, offer refills, and ensure satisfaction.
Handle guest complaints or concerns politely and escalate to management when needed.
Clear tables, reset them for the next guests, and maintain a clean, tidy dining area at all times.
Perform opening, running, and closing side work (stocking, setting tables, general cleanliness).
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations strictly.
Work as a team with hosts, kitchen staff, bartenders, and other servers to keep service smooth, especially during busy periods and buffets.
Promote daily specials and suggest additional items (upselling) where appropriate.
