We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Intern to support the finance team with basic accounting and administrative tasks. The role is suitable for a graduate looking to gain practical experience in accounting and finance.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with recording and updating financial transactions.
Support invoice preparation and processing.
Assist with accounts payable and receivable activities.
Help reconcile bank statements and financial records.
Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
Assist with preparing basic financial reports and schedules.
Support the finance team with data entry and filing.
Follow up on outstanding invoices and payments when required.
Assist with monthly accounting activities and reconciliations.
Perform other finance-related duties as assigned.
QualificationsB.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Basic understanding of accounting principles.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Good numerical and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
