Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced After-Sales Warranty Manager to oversee vehicle warranty claims, repairs, and after-sales warranty processes, ensuring prompt resolution and compliance with manufacturer warranty policies.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and process vehicle warranty claims from submission to resolution.
Liaise with manufacturers, workshops, dealers, and customers on warranty matters.
Verify warranty eligibility, repair documentation, and claim requirements.
Coordinate with service and technical teams to ensure accurate diagnosis and warranty repairs.
Monitor warranty claims, costs, turnaround time, and rejection rates.
Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty procedures and policies.
Maintain accurate warranty records and prepare performance reports.
Handle and resolve warranty-related customer complaints professionally.
RequirementsHND/B.Sc. in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years’ experience in warranty administration, after-sales service, or automotive dealership operations.
Good understanding of vehicle systems, repairs, and warranty procedures.
Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and automotive/service management systems.
Experience with vehicle manufacturers or authorized dealerships is an advantage.
SalaryN250,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
