Job Title: Analyst, Physio-chemical

Job Summary
We are re seeking credible, passionate, and result-oriented candidates who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to organizational success.
ResponsibilitiesSample Testing: Conduct physical and chemical tests (such as pH, moisture, acidity, protein content, and viscosity) on raw ingredients and final products.
Reagent Preparation: Prepare chemical solutions, standards, and reagents needed for daily laboratory assays.
Equipment Calibration: Set up, clean, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments (like pH meters, balances, and spectrophotometers).
Data Recording: Log test results accurately in laboratory notebooks or digital databases like a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
Quality Compliance: Follow Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), and food safety guidelines like HACCP.
Report Generation: Flag out-of-specification results to the QA team and help write quality deviation reports.
Qualifications and Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Food Science and Technology, or Industrial Chemistry.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on laboratory experience in a food, beverage, or related manufacturing quality control setting.
Skills:Strong working knowledge of chemical testing methods.
High attention to detail and good record-keeping abilities.
Basic computer literacy, especially with MS Excel.
Proximity to Sango and environs in Ogun State would be added advantage.
