We are seeking a friendly, responsible, and customer-focused Arcade Operator to join our entertainment team.
ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor arcade games and equipment.
Assist customers with the use of arcade machines.
Ensure arcade equipment and the surrounding area are clean and organized.
Report faulty machines and technical issues.
Monitor the arcade area and enforce safety rules.
Provide friendly and professional customer service.
Maintain records of faults, incidents, and other relevant activities.
RequirementsMinimum of SSCE / WAEC or equivalent.
Previous experience in customer service, gaming, entertainment, or a related role is an advantage.
Basic computer or technical knowledge.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, patient, and attentive.
Responsible and reliable.
Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
SalaryN30,000 - N35,000 / month.
