Role Overview

• We are seeking a talented architectural designer to join our growing remote design team.
• The ideal candidate should be highly creative, technically proficient, and capable of developing design concepts into detailed construction drawings.
• You’ll be working on residential design projects, including custom homes, multi-family units, and stock plan developments for the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual and schematic designs from initial briefs.
• Create presentation drawings and 3D models for client reviews.
• Prepare detailed construction and working drawings compliant with global IRC residential design standards.
• Collaborate remotely with team members, drafters, and project leads through Slack, Trello, and Google Workspace.
• Ensure accurate documentation, version control, and timely submission of design deliverables.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / higher Diploma in Architecture.
• 2+ years of experience in residential or building design.
• Proficiency in CAD software like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Archicad
• Strong understanding of U.S. residential codes and construction documentation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a remote setup.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
