Job Title: Assistant Finance Manager
Location: Apapa, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
Prepare financial reports and support budgeting and forecasting.
Monitor cash flow, treasury, and financial performance.
Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax, and statutory requirements.
Coordinate internal and external audits.
Strengthen internal controls and support process improvements.
Supervise finance team members and support business decision-making.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
ACA, ACCA, or an equivalent professional qualification (Mandatory).
8–10 years of finance and accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
Experience in the Oil & Gas, Energy, Manufacturing, or FMCG sector is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of IFRS, taxation, financial reporting, budgeting, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics).
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
