Job Title: Assistant Manager, Human Resources & Administration

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager, HR & Administration to support the delivery of end-to-end HR and administrative functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning & development, HR operations, compliance, and office administration.
Support the implementation of the Group's HR and administrative strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and compliance. Coordinate end-to-end talent acquisition, onboarding, workforce planning, succession planning, and employee development initiatives. Support the implementation of performance management, employee engagement, organizational culture, and change management programmes. Manage employee relations, disciplinary processes, grievance resolution, and ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and statutory requirements. Oversee HR operations, employee records, payroll inputs, benefits administration, HR reporting, and workforce analytics. Coordinate office administration, facilities management, fleet operations, workplace safety, security, and corporate support services. Manage vendor relationships, procurement support activities, and administrative service providers to ensure quality service delivery and cost efficiency.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, Master’s degree is a plus. Minimum of 8 years' progressive experience as an HR Generalist. Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, CIPD, or HRCI) is mandatory. Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws, HR best practices, and administrative operations. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
