Role Summary
We are currently looking for experienced Bakers in Lagos to be considered for upcoming hospitality opportunities and inclusion in our growing pool of hospitality talent.
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience working inbakeries, cafés, restaurants, hotels or other professional food service environments. Professionally trained candidates are preferred.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience working as a Baker in a professional kitchen or bakery environment
Ability to follow recipes and measurements accurately and consistently
Experience preparing a range of baked goods such as breads, pastries, cakes or desserts
Good understanding of food safety, hygiene and kitchen standards
Ability to maintain consistent quality and presentation
Good organisation and time management skills
Ability to work efficiently as part of a kitchen team
Professional training in baking, pastry or culinary arts is an advantage.
