Job Title: Brand Storytelling Associate

Job Summary
We are looking for a creative Brand Storytelling Associate with a sharp eye for visual narratives to elevate our brand through photos and videos.
In this role, you will take concepts from the initial mood board to the final edit, capturing real-moment visuals, directing shoots, and shaping compelling video and photo content across our digital ecosystem.
Key ResponsibilitiesVisual Content Creation: Plan, shoot, and edit short- and long-form video content (Reels, YouTube, brand anthems) and high-quality photography (product, lifestyle, behind-the-scenes).
End-to-End Production: Support pre-production (scripting, storyboarding, shot lists, location scouting), production (lighting, audio, camera operation), and post-production (color grading, audio mixing, pacing).
Campaign & On-Site Coverage: Capture live events, customer spotlights, employee stories, and campaign launches in a fast paced environment with short turnaround time
Platform Optimization: Tailor visual formats, aspect ratios, and pacing specifically for target platforms ( Instagram, Tik Tok, Youtube, Web, and Paid Ads) to maximise retention and engagement.
Asset Management & Curation: Organize and maintain a digital asset management (DAM) library, ensuring all visual assets align with brand guidelines and licensing rules.
RequirementsOur Ideal Candidate:2-3 years of experience in visual storytelling, videography, photography, or multimedia content creation (agency, in-house, or studio).
Comfortable working on set or in fast-paced environments, managing quick turnarounds for trending visual formats.
Ability to translate abstract brand themes and human moments into visually engaging narratives without solely relying on script copy.
Hands-on experience with DSLR/mirrorless camera systems.
Experience with lighting setups and audio equipment.
Strong knowledge of professional editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom and Photoshop).
Strong portfolio demonstrating high production value, strong composition, lighting skills and narrative editing across video and photo.
Soft Skills:Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Strong communication and storytelling skills to present insights effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
Reporting Line:The job holder will report to the Senior Brand Storyteller.
CompensationThe starting compensation for this role is between NGN600,000 - NGN800,000 monthly net.
