We are hiring a driven Business Development Executive for the Retail arm of our business to drive foot traffic, walk-in sales and customer loyalty across all our retail stores.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop strategies to increase retail sales and store footfall
Build & manage relationships with walk-in and returning customers
Drive upselling, cross-selling and achieve monthly retail targets
Work with Marketing on in-store promos and loyalty programs
Monitor market trends & competitor pricing
Prepare sales reports e.t.c
RequirementsBSc Degree / HND in Business, Marketing or related fields
3-4 years experience in retail business development / retail sales (fashion, beauty, luxury is a plus)
Strong sales & negotiation skills
Proximity to V.I.
