Our client is seeking a highly organized, strategic, and results-driven Business Manager to oversee the day-to-day business operations of the diagnostic centre and drive sustainable growth. The successful candidate will work closely with management and various departments to improve operational efficiency, strengthen client and partner relationships, increase revenue, and ensure the smooth delivery of diagnostic services.

Oversee the day-to-day business and administrative operations of Paz Diagnostics. Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue, profitability, and overall business performance. Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with HMOs, hospitals, clinics, corporate organizations, government agencies, and other partners. Monitor the performance of business development, marketing, HMO, and customer service activities. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Monitor revenue, expenses, operational costs, and other key business performance indicators. Work with the finance team to improve financial controls, budgeting, and cost management. Coordinate with clinical and laboratory teams to ensure efficient service delivery and excellent patient experience. Develop strategies to increase patient volume, corporate accounts, referrals, and repeat business. Monitor market trends and competitor activities and recommend strategies to maintain a competitive advantage. Support the development and implementation of marketing, promotional, and community outreach initiatives. Prepare regular business performance reports for management. Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions to improve efficiency. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and relevant healthcare regulations. Lead and coordinate administrative and business support teams where required. Represent Paz Diagnostics at meetings, networking events, partnership discussions, and business engagements.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or a related field. 3–5 years experience in business management, operations, business development, healthcare management, or a related role. Experience in a diagnostic centre, hospital, HMO, or other healthcare organization is highly desirable. Strong understanding of business operations, revenue generation, customer relationship management, and performance management. Proven ability to develop partnerships and drive business growth. Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and business management/CRM tools. Ability to work independently, manage multiple responsibilities, and deliver results. Strong commercial awareness and a target-driven mindset.
