 Job Title: Business Marketing Developer

UAC-ANELPAT is seeking a results-driven Business Developer to drive sales growth and market expansion across Asaba, Agbor, Ogwashi-Uku, and surrounding areas. The primary focus of the role is FMCG sales to markets, supermarkets, retailers, and distributors, covering products such as Gala, Chin-Chin, spices, and seasonings. Based on performance in the primary role, the Business Developer may also support the sales of medical equipment, reagents, and consumables.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new customers, expanding existing accounts, increasing product visibility, achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with retailers, supermarkets, wholesalers, and other business partners.


Key Responsibilities

Drive sales of Gala, Chin-Chin, spices, and seasonings. Develop and manage relationships with markets, supermarkets, retailers, wholesalers, and distributors. Identify new customers and untapped market opportunities. Achieve agreed sales and revenue targets. Increase product availability, visibility, and market penetration. Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends. Follow up on leads, orders, payments, and customer needs. Prepare regular sales and market activity reports. Represent UAC-ANELPAT professionally within the assigned territory. Secondary responsibility: support sales and marketing of medical equipment, reagents, and consumables, particularly where strong performance is demonstrated in the primary FMCG role.


Requirements
Education:

Bachelor’s Degree, NCE, OND, HND, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Economics, Management, or a related field. Relevant professional qualifications or sales training will be an advantage.


Experience:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, marketing, business development, FMCG, retail, or distribution. Experience dealing with markets, supermarkets, wholesalers, retailers, or distributors is highly relevant. Experience in medical equipment or healthcare sales is an added advantage, but not the primary requirement.


Other Requirements:

Must be resident in or have strong knowledge of Asaba, Agbor, Ogwashi-Uku, and surrounding areas. Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Must be sales-driven, disciplined, and result-oriented. Must have excellent customer-facing and communication skills. A valid driver’s licence and access to reliable transportation will be an advantage. Must be able to provide regular reports on sales activities and market performance.

Strong sales and business-development skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Customer relationship management. Market prospecting and lead generation. Ability to close sales and meet targets. Good knowledge of FMCG/retail sales. Strong interpersonal and networking skills. Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Basic computer literacy and reporting skills.


Remuneration

Attractive and competitive Salary: N100,000 - N150,000 Monthly. Performance-based commission on sales volume. Additional earning potential based on sales performance. Opportunities for professional growth and career development.
