Job Purpose
To manage customer calls and enquiries professionally, provide accurate information, resolve issues, and deliver an excellent customer experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Respond to enquiries about services, bookings, events, memberships, and other offerings.
Attend to customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
Follow up on enquiries, leads, bookings, and customer requests.
Record customer interactions and feedback accurately.
Identify and convert potential sales opportunities.
Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer requests.
Maintain a professional and courteous telephone manner at all times.
RequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent.
3 years’ experience in customer service, call centre, hospitality, or a related role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good listening, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
Customer-focused, professional, and confident personality.
Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult customers professionally.
