The company focuses on last-mile delivery, parcel pickup, warehousing, fulfillment, and supply chain solutions to ensure timely movement of goods and  customer satisfaction.  Job Title: Center Operations Officer

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary

Officer is responsible for managing shipments, overseeing driver/dispatch riders, and ensuring customers have a seamless experience from drop-off to delivery

Operations Management: Supervising and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the Experience Center while ensuring assets and premises are fully optimized. Shipment Management: Receives, identifies, labels, and isolates packages contracted for delivery Flash Operating Software: Use FOS to Supervise all orders, track manifests, and ensure customer parcels releases correctly through dedicated logistics IT systems. Reporting: Generates daily Operations and Finance reports and submits them to the finance team. Parcel Processing: Inspecting incoming and outgoing parcels to ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards (preventing the shipment of contraband). Shipment Visibility: Accurately scanning parcels across the network so customers can track their items in real time. Team Work Training: Ensure weekly and month work trainings, policy and Sop review while Maintaining the team spirit Dispatch Management: Effective training, supervising drivers and ensuring quick delivery and pickups Fleet Management: Manage vehicle maintainace through escalating vehicle related repairs to the service engineers Compliance:Enforce team compliance operational, support and environmental policy and procedure Team Building:Ensure a continuous process of helping and pursing team work together effectively, improve communication, and build trust to achieve shared

Leadership and Motivation: Guiding cross-functional teams, delegating tasks, and building supportive accountability routines. Effective Communication: Explaining priorities clearly, writing concise reports, and negotiating with external vendors or internal stakeholders. Problem-Solving and Escalation: Finding the root cause of delays rather than reacting to symptoms, resolving workplace conflicts, and knowing when to escalate risks early. Strategic Planning: Balancing urgent short-term fixes with multi-month business objectives. Adaptability: Adjusting schedules, shifting resources, and keeping teams steady when plans change

Years of Experience: Typically requires 1 to 3 years of active operational experience in logistics, warehousing, or courier fleet coordination. Industry Familiarity: Prior experience managing dispatch riders, delivery tracking, or vehicle scheduling within a fast-paced transport environment is a strong advantage
