Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards. Ensure proper taste, quality, and presentation of food. Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness and food hygiene. Monitor food supplies and report shortages. Ensure proper storage and handling of food items. Work effectively with other kitchen staff. Assist with menu preparation and development when required. Minimize food wastage and ensure proper portion control. Follow all food safety and health regulations.

Minimum of SSCE/OND; culinary training or certification is an advantage with 2-3 years experience Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment. Good knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene. Ability to work efficiently under pressure. Good teamwork and communication skills. Attention to detail and good organizational skills. Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
