Description
We are building a structured digital healthcare system at Excel Health, and we are looking for a strong nursing leader to help us scale safely and effectively.
Role Overview
As Chief Nursing Officer, your key responsibilities will include:
Overseeing all nursing operations across telehealth and mobile care services
Managing nurse schedules, workflows, and operational coordination
Developing and implementing clinical nursing protocols and standards
Supervising care quality, patient outcomes, and service delivery excellence
Leading training, onboarding, and continuous professional development for nurses
Handling clinical escalations and ensuring safe patient-centered care
In addition to the above responsibilities, some assigned operational tasks may include:
Coordinating virtual and physical nursing teams
Monitoring nurse performance and compliance documentation
Supporting recruitment and workforce planning
Reviewing incident reports and quality assurance processes
Assisting with partnership engagement for clinical operations
Supporting the implementation of remote patient monitoring systems
Participating in strategic planning and service improvement meetings
Who We Are Looking For
A nurse leader who:Has 5+ years clinical experience
Has leadership or supervisory experience
Understands both hospital and community care
Can build structure in a fast-moving environment
