Cleaning Supervisor Role

Key Job Functions & Core Deliverables

Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaners.
Assign tasks and responsibilities to cleaning staff.
Ensure all cleaning duties are carried out efficiently and according to company standards.
Conduct regular inspections of work areas to ensure sanitation and cleanliness standards are met.
Train and guide new cleaning staff on proper cleaning procedures and use of cleaning equipment.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and manage usage.
Report any maintenance or repair issues to management.
Provide regular progress reports to management.

Job Requirements

Minimum of OND / HND in any discipline.
2 - 5 years experience in a similar supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and equipment.
Excellent leadership and people management skills.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Good time management and organizational skill.
