Responsibilities
Welcome & check in clients professionally
Supervise & support the consultation process
Maintain accurate client records & service notes
Guide clients on their hair goals & journey
Coordinate with hairstylists to meet client expectations
Monitor service flow & client comfort
Resolve client concerns promptly & professionally
Uphold Candace service standards & assist with operational follow-ups
RequirementsFemale applicants only
2+ years' experience in customer service, hospitality, client relations, or operations.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Strong organisation & record-keeping skills
Calm, professional, & detail-oriented
Passion for beauty, client care & helping clients reach their hair goals.
