Description
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable patient experiences? Nordica Fertility Centre is seeking a professional, courteous, and proactive Client Liaison Officer (CLO) to join our team.
Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and attend to patients and visitors professionally.
Handle walk-in, telephone, email, and online enquiries.
Register patients and maintain accurate records.
Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments.
Coordinate patient flow and support the discharge process.
Liaise with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient care.
Resolve or escalate patient concerns appropriately.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold excellent customer service standards.
RequirementsBachelor's Degree or HND in Social Sciences, Humanities, Business Administration, Health Sciences, Mass Communication, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service, front desk, hospitality, or healthcare.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation and telephone etiquette.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Work Schedule:Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Public Holidays: 8:45 AM – 1:00 PM
