We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Relations & Sales Officer to build strong client relationships, drive business growth, promote our services, and ensure an excellent client experience.

Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients. Identify and pursue new business and sales opportunities. Promote the organisation’s services to individuals, corporate clients, HMOs, and other stakeholders. Follow up on leads, enquiries, proposals, and prospective clients. Achieve assigned sales and business development targets. Handle client enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly. Conduct client visits, presentations, and business development activities. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities. Monitor client satisfaction and support client retention initiatives. Conduct market research and identify opportunities for business growth. Prepare periodic sales and client relationship reports. Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Social Sciences, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, client relations, customer service, business development, or a related role. Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships. Target-driven with strong sales and business development skills. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Experience in the healthcare or other service-oriented industry is an added advantage.
