Employment Type: Full-time Responsibilities

Accurately log calls (e.g., records the customer interaction by capturing leads, queries, contact details, etc.) Act as first point of contact for customers and demonstrates product knowledge on existing and new products /processes. Adhere to quality service levels and turn-around times. Strives for continuous service improvement. Adhere to relevant risk and compliance procedures, work instructions and business requirements. Answer telephones, emails, etc., within laid-down time frames and ensures that abandoned calls/emails are kept to a minimum. Ensure accuracy of information when resolving and capturing queries. Ensure that confidentiality of customer information is always maintained. Ensure that queries/problems are logged, investigated and resolved promptly. Follow the allocated staffing schedule to maximise availability to the customer at all times. Identify and log cross sell and up sell opportunities. Proactively educate the customer about self-service transactional options and appropriate self-service channels. Take ownership of every client request and provides the customer with an immediate response (depending on the nature of the request) or facilitate the completion of the request.

BSc Degree (Without Third Class or Pass) in any related discipline. Maximum age: 27 years. Strong communication and customer service skills Experience in banking and customer experience is an advantage Ability to resolve customer complaints efficiently Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills Must be willing to work in Ilupeju.

Salary: N180,000 monthly. 13th-month salary HMO Paid leave allowance Pension.
