Assist customers with orders and provide excellent customer service.
Develop creative ideas for videos, pictures, captions, reels, and promotional content
Ensure all content is clear, attractive, professional, and suitable for the store's brand.
RequirementsHND/B.Sc in Marketing or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Content Creation or customer service.
Good knowledge of social media platforms.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create attractive and engaging social media Content.
