We are looking for a creative, confident and culturally aware female Content Creator who can bring our brand to life through engaging, relatable short-form content. This is a hands-on content creation role. You will regularly appear on camera, develop content ideas and film high-quality raw content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and paid ads. You do not need to be an advanced video editor. We have a dedicated editor. Your focus is creating strong concepts and capturing great footage.

What You'll Do

Create engaging short-form content for TikTok and Instagram Regularly appear on camera as a recurring face of HerAura Create content from briefs provided by the marketing team Develop your own creative ideas, hooks and concepts Create POVs, skits and relatable everyday scenarios Film talking-head and storytelling content Create product demonstrations and lifestyle content Participate in trends and relevant cultural conversations Capture clean B-roll and raw footage for our video editor Create multiple hooks/versions of selected concepts when required Occasionally participate in larger HerAura content shoots Stay aware of TikTok/Instagram trends and bring relevant ideas to the team

Content You'll Create:

Face-to-camera / Talking Head POV & Scenario Content Skits & Relatable Situations Storytelling Trends & Reactive Content Product Demonstrations Lifestyle & Product B-roll Educational / Feminine Wellness Content GRWM / Routine Content Humour / Meme-style Content Reaction / Commentary Content Ad Creative & Hook Variations Experimental / Viral Concepts.

Weekly Deliverables

Approximately 15–20 raw content assets per week, including:

4–5 Face-to-camera / Talking Head videos 4–5 POV / Scenario videos 2–3 Trend / Reactive videos 2–3 Product / Lifestyle / B-roll videos 1–2 Skits / Relatable concepts 1 New or experimental content concept Some raw footage may be repurposed into multiple finished videos by our editor.

What Success Looks Like

Consistent delivery of fresh, usable content that feels native to social media, relatable to Nigerian women and unmistakably HerAura — content that makes people stop, watch, share, comment and join the conversation.

Who We're Looking For

Confident and natural on camera Creative and comfortable generating content ideas Able to speak naturally rather than sounding scripted Familiar with TikTok, Instagram Reels and current content formats Tuned into Nigerian culture, humour, conversations and trends Comfortable discussing feminine wellness, relationships, intimacy, periods and women's everyday experiences Able to film clear, well-lit content with good audio Reliable and able to meet weekly deadlines Open to feedback and comfortable re-filming when necessary Previous professional content-creation experience is helpful, but creativity, camera presence and execution matter more to us than years of experience.
