The first product sold by MCPL in 1996 was Indomie and since then it has played a seminal role in making Indomie a household brand in Nigeria. MCPL over the years has grown adding 13 brands in various categories comprising of Noodle, Snacks, Milk, Cereal, Oil, Homecare and Personal Hygiene.

Job Title: Content Creator & Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Surulere, Lagos

Responsibilities
Content Creation & Learning Development:Create engaging training videos, e-learning modules, presentations, assessments and other learning content.
Build and edit e-learning courses using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, iSpring Suite or Adobe Captivate.
Produce training videos using tools such as Camtasia, Synthesia, Vyond, Powtoon or Adobe Premiere Pro.
Manage and upload content on Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle, TalentLMS, Docebo or SAP Litmos.
Partner with internal teams and subject matter experts to turn business knowledge into simple, engaging content.
Track course participation/completion and share basic learning reports.
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
Manage end-to-end recruitment — job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews and candidate communication.
Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, social media and other talent channels.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain recruitment records and support employer branding initiatives.
QualificationsInterested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s / Master`s Degree with 2 - 5 years experience.
SalaryN300,000 - N600,000 monthly.
