Job Description
Lead the development, execution and review of UR9 Group's corporate strategy across all subsidiaries by translating executive direction into strategic plans, growth priorities, departmental targets, business initiatives. timelines and measurable performance outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Strategy, Marketing or any related field; a Master's Degree or an MBA is an added advantage.
Minimum of 6 years relevant experience in corporate strategy, market intelligence, portfolio performance management, business analysis, management consulting. investment analysis, commercial planning and business transformation.
Must have practical experience preparing strategy documents, market research reports, KPl dashboards, portfolio performance reviews, competitor analyses, feasibility studies, board/management reports, business cases and growth recommendations.
Required Skills & Competencies:Strong corporate strategy, business planning, market intelligence, portfolio performance, commercial analysis. investment evaluation and growth strategy development skills.
Excellent analytical, research, reporting, presentation, problem-solving and executive decision-support skills with the ability to convert complex business data into clear insights, recommendations and action plans.
Strong leadership, cross-functional coordination, business performance management, stakeholder engagement and strategic execution skills for working with UR9 subsidiaries, department heads, project teams and senior management.
SalaryN300,000 monthly plus incentives.
