The company provides financial solutions including personal loans, business and group lending, LPO financing and other credit services. We are  recruiting to fill the position below:

 Job Title: Credit Relationship Officer

Location:  Lagos Job Description

Managed and maintained relationships with clients to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and retention. Assisted customers with credit-related inquiries, loan applications, and financial product information. Monitored customer accounts, repayments, and credit performance to ensure compliance with company policies. Conducted client follow-ups on outstanding payments and resolved account-related issues professionally. Worked closely with the finance and operations team to track inflow and outflow of funds. Prepared and maintained accurate financial and customer records. Supported business growth by identifying opportunities to improve customer engagement and service delivery. Handled calls, emails, and customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. Assisted in preparing reports on customer accounts, credit status, and transaction activities.

Degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance, or related fields 0–1 year work experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good analytical and relationship management skills Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and as part of a team Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced financial environment
