Job Summary
We’re looking for a proactive Customer Care Representative with at least 1 year of recent experience.
Must be social media-savvy, skilled in CRM tools, and live within or around Ojodudue to the on-site nature of the role.
Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat
Resolve issues quickly and professionally
Log interactions using CRM system
Follow up on unresolved cases
Work with internal teams to improve service delivery
Takes and fulfills customers orders.
RequirementsOND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree
1+ year recent customer service experience
Proficiency with CRM tools
Strong communication skills
Lives in or near Ojodu (mandatory)
Creative, pays attention to details and a fast learner.
SalaryN100,000 - N120,000 monthly.
