About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience across all touchpoints.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a passion for problem-solving and a keen interest in the travel industry.
Key ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
Provide accurate information on travel packages, bookings, visa processes, and other services
Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and courteous manner
Process bookings, cancellations, and modifications in line with company procedures
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Liaise with other departments (bookings, visa processing, accounts) to ensure smooth service delivery
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
Support the team in achieving customer satisfaction and retention targets.
RequirementsOND / HND / Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
1 - 3 years' experience in a customer service role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Familiarity with travel booking systems or CRM software is an added advantage
Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
