Codelabprojects Nigeria Limited is seeking a smart, energetic, and highly trainable Digital Marketing & Cold Call Agent to support customer engagement, digital communication, lead generation, and online brand visibility. This is an onsite role that combines outbound cold calling, customer engagement, social media support, and digital marketing execution. The ideal candidate should be tech-oriented, adaptable, willing to learn quickly, and capable of handling both customer-facing and digital support responsibilities effectively. Candidates with a background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical disciplines are strongly preferred.

Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients and leads professionally and confidently. Follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer interactions to drive conversions. Support digital marketing campaigns across social media and online platforms. Assist in content creation, posting, and engagement on company social media pages. Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs. Respond to customer inquiries and direct prospects appropriately. Assist with graphic design and marketing material creation using tools such as Canva or Adobe tools. Support lead generation and online engagement activities. Monitor online engagement and help improve customer experience. Learn and adapt to company systems, scripts, products, and digital tools. Collaborate with operations, marketing, and customer support teams when required.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field with 2-5 years experience are preferred. NYSC completed or currently serving candidates may apply. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good spoken and written English. Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms. Experience in graphic design using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or similar tools. Willingness and ability to be trained in cold calling, customer engagement, digital marketing, and basic design. Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Professional attitude with strong persuasion and problem-solving skills.
