Plan, set up and run paid media campaigns (boosted posts, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and other platform ad tools) to support MoC competitions, athlete PR pushes, ecosystem engagement programmes and brand awareness goals. Support integrated digital campaigns around competitions and initiatives - Talent Search, Elite Athletics Competitions, professional ecosystem engagement programmes (networking events, workshops, masterclasses, equipment trials), and international events such as the Olympics, World Championships, Commonwealth Games and African Championships. Produce regular reports on content and campaign performance, translating data into clear, actionable recommendations for the Digital Media Manager.
3-5 years of digital experience in agency, media, creative or technology environments. A bachelor's degree in a related field (Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Digital Media or similar) is beneficial but not required.
