We are seeking a motivated and target-drivenDirect Sales Agentto join our client’s team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting financial products and services, acquiring new customers, and achieving set sales targets.

Promote and sell the institution’s financial products and services. Identify and generate new customer leads through direct sales activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Meet and exceed assigned sales targets. Educate customers on available products, terms, and benefits. Follow up on leads and prospective customers to convert them into clients. Prepare and submit regular sales reports. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc.in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Previous experience in sales, marketing, banking, fintech, or financial services is an advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Customer-focused and results-oriented. Must be willing to engage in field/direct sales activities.
