 Job Title: Dispatch Rider

Location: Festac Town, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time Responsibilities

Deliver products, documents, and other assigned items to designated locations promptly and safely. Verify delivery items, quantities, and customer details before departure. Obtain appropriate customer confirmation, signatures, or proof of delivery for completed deliveries. Handle company products and customer items with care to prevent damage, loss, or contamination. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, expenses, fuel usage, and other assigned logistics activities. Conduct routine checks on the motorcycle and promptly report mechanical faults or maintenance needs. Observe all road safety regulations and use appropriate protective equipment while riding. Maintain professional conduct and communicate respectfully with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders. Follow approved routes, delivery schedules, and instructions from the supervisor. Report delays, accidents, delivery challenges, customer complaints, or other incidents to the appropriate supervisor. Ensure the cleanliness and proper condition of the assigned motorcycle and delivery equipment. Perform other duties as assigned by Management or the line manager.
