Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and reliable Dispatch Rider to handle the safe and timely delivery of documents, packages, products, and other items to customers and business locations.
Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver packages, documents, and orders promptly and safely.
Pick up items from clients, vendors, and designated locations.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collections.
Ensure the motorcycle is clean, roadworthy, and properly maintained.
Follow traffic rules and company safety policies.
Communicate professionally with customers and report delivery issues promptly.
Confirm deliveries and obtain necessary signatures or proof of delivery.
Perform routine checks on the motorcycle and report faults immediately.
RequirementsMinimum of SSCE/OND qualification.
Valid motorcycle rider’s licence.
1–3 years of experience as a dispatch rider.
Good knowledge of local routes and roads.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Must be responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious.
SalaryN80,000 - N100,000 per month.
