Job Title: End User Support Engineer
Location: Akwa Ibom
Industry: Oil and Gas
Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to end users both onsite and remotely.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, workstations, printers, and peripheral devices.
Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and business applications.
Diagnose hardware and software faults and implement appropriate corrective actions.
Configure and manage user profiles, email accounts, and Microsoft Office applications.
Provide technical support for Microsoft Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
RequirementsBachelor's degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in an End User Support, IT Support, or Helpdesk role.
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications.
Experience supporting desktop and laptop hardware, printers, and other end-user devices.
Good understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
