Job Summary
We are looking for an Event & Experience Coordinator who will take ownership of creating memorable experiences and ensuring that every event exceeds our clients’ expectations.
The Role
As our Event & Experience Coordinator, you will:
Coordinate and ensure the seamless execution of booked activities, events and services.
Ensure every client experience is delivered to a high standard and beyond expectations.
Facilitate selected activities based on your interests, talents and skillset.
Develop and introduce exciting new, one-off and recurring events and experiences.
Support the development of innovative recreational and team-building activities.
Work closely with the marketing team to promote Domo’s events and experiences.
Keep the Domo team informed, prepared and trained on upcoming activities and events.
Build strong relationships with clients and ensure excellent guest experience throughout each event.
Support the continuous improvement of event offerings and customer experience.
The ideal candidate will
Have experience in hospitality, events, leisure, entertainment or another highly client-focused environment.
Be creative, empathetic and able to think outside the box.
Be confident and comfortable dealing with high-level clients and corporate guests.
Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Be energetic, proactive, resourceful and solution-oriented.
Be a strong team player who can also work independently.
Have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, with familiarity with Microsoft Teams and other relevant digital tools.
Be conversant with major social media platforms and able to support the Marketing Manager with content and promotional activities.
Have a genuine passion for events, experiences, people and creating memorable moments.
