We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Experienced Architect Recruiterdashboard access
Location: Gwarinpa, Abuja
Key Responsibilities
Develop architectural designs and concepts for residential and commercial projects.
Prepare detailed architectural drawings, working drawings and specifications.
Coordinate architectural designs with structural and MEP consultants.
Review drawings and ensure compliance with approved designs and building regulations.
Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress.
Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and other project stakeholders.
Assist with planning approvals and statutory documentation.
Review materials, finishes and construction details to ensure design quality.
Identify design and construction issues and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure timely delivery of architectural work.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Architecture.
3–5 years’ relevant experience, preferably in real estate development, construction or architectural practice.
Professional registration with ARCON or relevant professional body is an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building regulations, construction methods and materials.
Proven experience in preparing architectural drawings, working drawings, presentations and specifications.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and other 3D visualization software.
Proven Artistic with 3D experience (ability to produce high-quality 3D architectural visualizations, renders and walkthroughs) is required.
Ability to interpret and coordinate structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing drawings.
Strong design, analytical, communication and project coordination skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
Ability to work effectively with contractors, consultants, engineers, clients and project teams.
