Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Extrusion Operator to operate and monitor extrusion machines, ensuring efficient production of quality products while adhering to safety and production standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor extrusion machines and production equipment.
Set machine parameters and adjust settings to maintain product quality.
Monitor production processes and identify machine or product defects.
Perform routine machine checks, cleaning, and basic maintenance.
Ensure proper feeding of raw materials into the extrusion line.
Maintain accurate production and machine records.
Follow production schedules and achieve set output targets.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.
Report machine faults, production issues, and abnormalities promptly.
Maintain a clean and organized production area.
RequirementsOND / HND in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience operating extrusion machines, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Good knowledge of extrusion processes and machine operations.
Ability to troubleshoot basic machine and production issues.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
Ability to work effectively in shifts and under pressure.
SalaryN200,000 - N300,000.00 / month. CompareBenefits Plans
