Key Responsibilities
Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of buildings, facilities, and equipment.
Manage and coordinate service providers and contractors.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and facility regulations.
Develop and implement facility management plans and preventive maintenance schedules.
Monitor and control facility-related costs and budgets.
Handle facility-related issues and emergencies promptly and effectively.
Prepare regular reports on facility performance and maintenance activities.
Minimum Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Management, or a related field.
