Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible, experienced, and hardworking Farm Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a farm in Ibadan.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily farm operations and activities.
Supervise farm workers and allocate duties.
Monitor crops/livestock and ensure proper farm practices.
Manage farm inputs, equipment, and resources.
Keep accurate records of farm activities, expenses, production, and inventory.
Monitor farm productivity and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure proper maintenance and security of the farm.
RequirementsHND or First Degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Science, Animal Science, Crop Science, or a related field.
Previous farm management experience is an advantage.
Good knowledge of farm operations and agricultural practices.
Ability to supervise farm workers and coordinate daily activities.
Good record-keeping and reporting skills.
Ability to work independently and reside on the farm where required.
Must be hardworking, trustworthy, and result-oriented.
What We Offer
N120,000 Monthly Salary
